Terms of Use

Last updated: July 15, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and Revoila SAS (“we”, “us”, “our”). By enrolling in a loyalty program through Revoila (the “Service”), or by signing in to and using the member portal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Revoila lets you join participating merchants’ loyalty programs — such as stamp cards, points, cashback, coupons, subscriptions, and gift cards —, add the corresponding pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and view your cards, balances, and available programs in the member portal.

3. The merchant’s role

Each loyalty program is operated by the participating merchant, not by Revoila. The merchant alone defines, and remains solely responsible for, its program’s benefits, rewards, and redemption conditions, and any changes to them. Any payment related to a program (for example a paid subscription or a gift card purchase) is made directly with the merchant — Revoila does not process payments from members. Questions about a specific program, reward, or purchase should be addressed to the merchant.

4. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your country of residence, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to enroll. Where a date of birth is requested, you agree to provide an accurate one.

5. Your information and your account

You agree to provide accurate and complete information (such as your name, email address and, where requested, phone number and date of birth), and to keep it up to date. Signing in to the member portal is passwordless: a secure link is sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for the activity that occurs through it. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your membership.

6. Loyalty balances and rewards

  • Stamps, points, and other balances are earned when your pass is scanned at the merchant or when the merchant credits your account.
  • Balances and rewards have no cash value, are not transferable, and can only be redeemed with the relevant merchant under the conditions of its program.
  • Balances may expire in accordance with the rules of the program you joined.
  • The merchant may correct or adjust balances in cases of error, misuse, or fraud, and may suspend or close memberships under its program rules.

7. Privacy and your data

We process the personal data you provide to create and manage your membership and wallet pass, and we share it with the relevant merchant so it can operate its program. For full details — including what we collect, how long we keep it, and your rights — see our Privacy Policy.

8. Wallet passes

Adding a pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet is subject to the terms of Apple Inc. and Google LLC, respectively. Revoila is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple or Google. Availability of a pass may depend on your device and operating system. Removing a pass from your wallet stops its notifications but does not by itself end your membership — you can ask us, or the merchant, to close it.

9. Communications

By enrolling, you agree to receive messages related to the programs you have joined, delivered as notifications on your wallet pass — including messages the merchant sends or schedules automatically (for example a birthday offer, or a reminder when a reward is close). We also send service emails, such as sign-in links and pass delivery emails. You can stop a program’s wallet notifications at any time by removing its pass from your wallet, or by contacting us.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

  • provide false information, or enroll someone else without their consent;
  • copy, alter, or share a pass, barcode, or QR code to obtain stamps, points, or rewards you are not entitled to;
  • interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, and a merchant may suspend or close your membership in its program, in cases of breach of these Terms, fraud, or misuse. You may stop using the Service at any time, and you may request the deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Intellectual property

The Service — including the Revoila name, logo, software, and design — is protected by intellectual property rights and remains the property of Revoila SAS or its licensors. Merchants’ names and logos belong to their respective owners. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

13. Changes to the Service or these terms

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time — for example to reflect new features or legal requirements. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where required by law, brought to your attention by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Revoila SAS is not responsible for the loyalty programs themselves — including the availability, quality, or delivery of rewards — which remain the merchant’s sole responsibility, nor for the availability of Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Revoila SAS shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws in force in France, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Before taking any court action, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the issue amicably — consumers in the European Union may also turn to an approved consumer mediation service or to the out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms provided by their national authorities.

16. General

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may assign ours to a successor of our business.
